Project Title Mutual Aid Society Management Application using AppSheet + Google Sheets Project Overview I am looking for an experienced AppSheet Developer to develop a Mutual Aid Society Management Application using Google Sheets as the database and AppSheet as the user interface. The application should be user-friendly, responsive, optimized for the AppSheet Free Version, and designed for future scalability. Technology Google Sheets (Database) AppSheet (User Interface) Google Workspace Database Structure The application should use only five (5) Google Sheets: Members Master Loan Master Transactions (Only Editable Table) Dashboard Settings Application Scope The application should support: Member Management Share Management EMI Loan Management Bullet Loan Management Transactions Management Dashboard & Reports Welfare Fund Management Donation Fund Management Exit Settlement Income & Expense Management Automated Calculations Validations Workflow Automation Project Scope This is a Phase-1 (MVP) implementation. The application should be designed in a way that allows additional modules to be added in the future without major database restructuring. Developer Responsibilities The selected developer should: Develop the complete AppSheet application. Configure the Google Sheets database. Implement all business rules. Create dashboards, reports, forms, and workflows. Test the application before delivery. Fix bugs before project completion. Important Note A detailed Functional Requirement Specification (FRS) has been prepared and is attached as a PDF. For this Phase-1 Mutual Aid Society app, I’d structure the five-sheet database carefully around your rule that Transactions is the only editable table, so Members, Loans, Dashboard, and Settings stay controlled while calculations and workflows remain reliable. I’d build the AppSheet layer with validated transaction forms, reference relationships, role-aware views, automated share/loan/EMI/bullet-loan calculations, welfare and donation fund tracking, exit settlement logic, and dashboard/report views driven from the same normalized data model. My two priorities would be maintainability and admin workflows, especially designing the schema so future modules can be added without restructuring the core Sheets setup. I’d also keep the implementation optimized for the AppSheet Free Version as requested. I can handle the full setup from Google Sheets structure and AppSheet configuration through business rules, validations, workflows, testing, bug fixing, and handover.
