Thai-Speaking Freelancer for Business Calling and Appointment Setting in Thailand

We are looking for a Thai-speaking freelancer in Thailand to support a short-term business appointment setting project for an upcoming delegation visit from China from April 28 to May 2. Our delegation is from the sanitary ware, plumbing, valves, and building materials industry. The main task is to make outbound phone calls to relevant industry associations, distributors, importers, retail buyers, supermarkets, and selected local companies in Thailand, introduce our visit briefly, identify the right contact person, and help arrange face-to-face business meetings during our trip. This is not a translation-only role. We need someone who is confident making professional business calls in Thai, can communicate clearly, follow instructions, and help us push conversations toward actual appointments. Main responsibilities: Call target companies and organizations in Thailand Introduce our delegation and purpose of visit Find the right contact person or purchasing department Help schedule business meetings during April 28 – May 2 Record call results and provide daily updates Preferred candidate: Native Thai speaker or fluent in Thai Experience in telemarketing, sales support, appointment setting, or business development Professional communication skills Familiar with Thai business communication Experience in building materials, sanitary ware, construction, retail, or import/export is a plus Please let us know: Your relevant experience Whether you have done outbound business calls before How many calls you can make per day Your expected rate for this short-term project
