Freelance Appointment Setter (Dubai-Based) – Commission Only

Description: We are looking for a motivated and reliable appointment setter to support our sales team in Dubai. This is a commission-only role – ideal for freelancers who are confident in their ability to book quality meetings and earn based on performance. Responsibilities: Call and follow up with potential leads (lists provided). Book qualified appointments with decision-makers. Record all activities and appointments in CRM / Google Sheets. Ensure confirmations and follow-ups before scheduled meetings. Requirements: Must be based in Dubai or familiar with the Dubai/UAE market. Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is a plus). Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting. Motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Compensation: Purely commission-based. Earn commission per closed deal OR per confirmed appointment + commission on successful sales (to be agreed upon). High earning potential for top performers.
