Australian B2B Cold Caller / Appointment Setter We are a Sunshine Coast-based trade services business seeking an experienced Australian-based B2B cold caller and appointment setter. The campaign targets local real estate agencies and property management businesses. We will provide the prospect database, CRM, marketing material, email template and call framework. Role * Cold call property management businesses. * Identify and speak with the relevant decision-maker. * Briefly introduce our services. * Obtain/confirm contact details and send our introductory email and flyer. * Follow up prospects. * Book a 5–10 minute qualified appointment with our team. * Keep all calls, contacts and follow-ups updated in our CRM. The objective is quality appointments, not simply collecting email addresses. Initial Campaign This will begin as a 2-week trial, targeting approximately 20 new businesses per week, plus follow-ups. There is potential for ongoing work if the campaign performs well. Requirements You must be physically based in Australia. Offshore applicants will not be considered. You should have: * Proven B2B cold calling and appointment-setting experience. * Excellent telephone communication skills. * A professional Australian business manner. * Confidence speaking with business owners and property managers. * Good CRM/data-entry discipline. Experience with real estate, property management, trades or B2B services is highly regarded.
