I am looking to upgrade an authoring tool currently built for Windows 7 in VB6 to make it fully compatible with Windows 11. The tool needs to retain its user interface layout and design, data processing capabilities, reporting and output formats, and functionality for response-specific feedback and analysis of results. Additionally, I want the upgraded version to feature a modern user interface and improved performance and speed.
