Ongoing Appian Coaching & Read Only Grid Date Range Grouping Filter

I’ve just got Appian developer work and need help asap. I am not advanced. Immediate task My manager wants a read-only grid to include a dropdown filter that groups an existing date column into fiscal quarters— so in the drop down you'll see options such as Q1-25, Q2-25, Q3-25, Q4-25, Q1-26, and so on. He says no extra helper fields are needed. Long-term collaboration I’m also looking for weekly one or two hour sessions focused on Appian development on a long term basis.. apparently this is my new life! Deliverables • working grid filter code (and live walkthrough) that adds the quarter-based dropdown filter • Ongoing training sessions Please respond if you know how to do this task.
