The alarms are the part that needs care to be reliable: I'd implement proper local notifications that fire even when the app is closed, scheduling each one at its offset before the solar event and rescheduling daily, handling Android's battery-optimization/Doze restrictions and iOS's notification limits so alerts don't silently fail. I'd take your AI Studio app, rebuild or harden it into a clean cross-platform codebase (React Native/Flutter) so one project serves both stores, then handle store setup, icons, screenshots and submission through review.
