Keeping mentee logins and goal wizards out for now is the right call. Since mentors are mostly at a desk writing notes, I would suggest a web app rather than a mobile build. Typing session notes is far nicer on a keyboard, PDF generation is simpler server-side, and it costs less and ships faster than two store apps. It also stays installable on a phone if they want it there. The report engine is the real deliverable, so the data model needs to capture progress over time from the very first record.
