Suggestion: Implement a Dataverse-driven state machine with GUID correlation and child flows: - Stage: Import Excel → DV “OutreachItem” (ContactId/Email, owner, ref GUID). - Detect: SOQL checks per item (batched, retry/backoff), idempotent via GUID. - Compose: AI Builder with prompt template + few-shot from prior approvals. - Approve/Edit: Teams Adaptive Card (Universal Actions) with inline edit loop. - Send: Outlook send, store Message-ID and thread IDs; subject includes [Ref:{GUID}]. - Log: Create EmailMessage on Contact; optionally set WhatId to selected Opp from the card (fallback: Task if Enhanced Email disabled). - Follow-up: DV query on SentOn+2d and no reply; resend path uses same GUID. - Ops: Environment variables, solution packaging, pre-flight permission checks, telemetry, and DV/SharePoint toggle if DV not available.
