The ChatGPT part especially needs to be structured properly from the beginning otherwise things become messy once prompts, generated content and user flows start growing. I have worked with Laravel/PHP systems involving admin panels, APIs, user roles and automation flows before. For this project I would probably first stabilize the base script structure, roles/permissions and the first AI workflow, then keep expanding features release by release instead of overcomplicating the MVP. The release/testing flow you mentioned also makes sense. Smaller deployments are usually much easier to maintain on projects like this.
