EveryAction Support & Optimization Partner

I run an organization that purchased EveryAction from Bonterra, so I need a specialist who can help set it up for our companies and stay on call for ongoing support and troubleshooting. The immediate priority is to configure the platform and then keep it running smoothly as our needs evolve. Work to tackle right away - • Set up User accounts & permissions – design role-based access that keeps data secure yet flexible • Set up contacts/members functionality, including paid and non-paid members • Set up donor forms and functions • Set up Custom reports & dashboards – surface the KPIs my leadership team watches daily, with filters and visualizations that refresh automatically • Automation & workflows – build, test, and refine email journeys, task assignments, and data syncs so staff time is freed for higher-value work Type of assistance I expect: Someone that is highly experienced in this platform and has reviews from clients he/she have helped in it. t should be estimated on a hourly basis and be available initially for 10 hours immediately and up to 5 hours weekly for a month. Needs to include: • Fast technical issue resolution whenever something breaks or data looks wrong • Clear usage guidance and best-practice advice so staff feel confident and efficient Success looks like • No critical errors lingering more than one business day • Staff able to complete routine tasks without extra help after guidance is provided • Reports and automated flows delivering accurate results You can work remotely and during your own hours as long as response times stay reliable. Experience with EveryAction’s admin console, reporting module, and workflow builder is essential; familiarity with its API or integrations (e.g., VAN, Salsa) would be a welcome bonus.
