Service Now Developer for Workflow Automation

I'm seeking a seasoned Service Now Developer to assist in automating our Service Request Management workflows. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize Flow Designer and Work Flow Integration HUB to streamline and automate Service Request Management processes. - Integrate Service Now with OneSource to ensure seamless data flow and task automation. - Develop custom actions in Flow Designer to meet unique workflow requirements. - Create comprehensive technical documentation for automated processes and integrations. - Monitor and optimize workflow performance to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. - Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues between Service Now and other systems. - Implement and maintain security best practices within automated workflows. Ideal Candidate: - Proven experience with Service Now, particularly with Flow Designer and Work Flow Integration HUB. - Prior work in automating Service Request Management workflows is highly desirable. - Experience integrating Service Now with OneSource is a plus. - Strong understanding of CRM, ERP, and HR Management System integrations. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
