I’m comfortable using Postman and curl for API testing and focus on clear, structured bug reporting with steps, expected vs actual results, and visual evidence. My hourly rate is $6/hour, and I’m available starting Sunday for 40 hours per week. I’ve previously tested web apps and cross-platform systems, and I typically use tools like Jira, Google Sheets, and Excel for tracking and reporting. Your SaaS and API infrastructure requires a tester who understands the bridge between front-end user experience and back-end logic. Having recently finalized manual regression and endpoint validation for a complex B2B platform, I am well-versed in identifying the subtle edge cases and performance benchmarks that automated scripts frequently overlook. I don't just report bugs; I analyze the full workflow to ensure the integration between your API responses and UI components is seamless, resilient, and ready for scale. My approach centers on a rigorous end-to-end strategy: I will begin by executing deep API testing using Postman to validate status codes, JSON payloads, and authentication headers for all endpoints. For the SaaS interface, I will perform thorough exploratory and cross-browser functional testing—covering Chrome, Safari, and Firefox—utilizing Chrome DevTools to monitor network latency and console logs. I will then consolidate findings into high-fidelity bug reports, complete with clear reproduction steps, environment details, and screen recordings, ensuring your engineering team can diagnose and deploy fixes efficiently. This dual-layered focus ensures the UI remains intuitive while the back-end remains secure. To ensure my testing plan aligns with your roadmap, do you have a Swagger or OpenAPI specification I should follow, or should I proceed with exploratory endpoint mapping? Additionally, are there specific high-priority user journeys you need prioritized for the initial audit? I’m available for a brief chat or call to discuss your current sprint cycle and documentation preferences—let’s work together to ensure your product is fully production-ready.
