I need a detail-oriented tester who can move comfortably between hands-on manual checks, structured API exercises, and careful data entry while I finalise a USSD menu for release. The core goal is data accuracy: every figure pulled from, written to, or displayed by the system must be proven correct. Here is how the work breaks down. • Web and desktop builds of the product both require functional sweeps. You will follow existing user stories, expand on them where gaps appear, and record every deviation in a concise bug report. • Our REST endpoints need repeatable validation. Feel free to use Postman, JMeter, or another tool you prefer, but make sure assertions cover all status codes, payload structures, and edge-case parameters. • During each round of testing you will enter sample records that mirror real production data; part of the job is confirming that what goes in comes back out unchanged. • The USSD flow is almost final. I will share the current tree, you confirm all menu branches, timeouts, and fall-back prompts on the staging shortcode. Any wording or routing mismatches should be logged with screen captures. Deliverables I expect at the end of every cycle: 1. A reproducible test-case pack (steps, expected vs. actual, environment). 2. API test collection with assertions saved and exportable. 3. A signed-off data-validation sheet showing row-by-row accuracy. 4. Updated USSD configuration file and a summary of adjustments made.
