Zapier Developer for GetAccept Automation

We are looking for a developer with strong experience in Zapier automation, webhook handling, and GetAccept integration. Workflow Overview: 1. Webhook Data Input • We will receive data from a company via a webhook. • This data will include customer requests with multiple values (example below). Example of incoming data (demo info): Name of the client: John Doe Current address: Demo Street 10, 12345 Stockholm Current address space area: 44 sqm Date of move: 2025-01-30 New address: Example Road 25, 23456 Stockholm New address space area: 53 sqm Complimentary information (to send to GetAccept but not used in calculation): Email: [login to view URL] @ [login to view URL] Phone: +46701234567 2. Calculation Logic • From the webhook data, we extract the space area (sqm) from both addresses. • We compare the current address area and the new address area. • The larger of the two is selected for the calculation. • The chosen area is matched against a pricing category (for example: 50–60 sqm). • For the selected category, the cubic space is calculated as: Cubic = Area ÷ 2.2 • The cubic result is multiplied by the price for that category. • A fixed transport fee is added at the end. Example Calculation: • Chosen area after comparison = 53 sqm • Category = 50–60 sqm, Price = 123 • Cubic = 53 ÷ 2.2 = 24.09 • Base price = 24.09 × 123 = 2,963.07 • Rounded = 2,963 • Add transport fee = 2,963 + 200 = 3,163 Final price = 3,163 SEK 3. Integration with GetAccept • Once the calculation is completed, all the customer details and the final price will be sent to GetAccept. • The data must be mapped into the correct fields in the document template so that GetAccept can automatically create an offer and send it to the client for digital signing. ⸻ Requirements: • Strong experience with Zapier (webhooks, parsing, conditional logic). • Ability to handle custom calculations inside Zapier (using Code by Zapier or Formatter). • Proven experience integrating with GetAccept (API or Zapier integration). • Accurate handling of customer data fields. ⸻ Deliverables: • A working Zapier workflow that: 1. Receives and parses webhook data. 2. Performs the correct comparison, category matching, and price calculation. 3. Sends all required data to GetAccept for signing. • Documentation on the workflow setup for future maintenance. Note: All customer data above is demo/test information.
