I want to take the manual pieces out of the way I handle task management and replace them with a reliable, fully automated workflow. Right now each new task, status change, and follow-up reminder is moved along by hand. I need a streamlined system that automatically creates, routes, and updates tasks so the right person is notified at the right moment without anyone chasing updates. Here’s what I have in mind: • An automated flow that generates tasks from a simple trigger (form submission, email, or API event), assigns them to the correct team member, and updates status fields as work progresses. • Built-in notifications or reminders that fire before a deadline or when a task is overdue. • Clear visibility into progress at any time, ideally with a dashboard or report I can share with stakeholders. • Documentation and a quick hand-off session so I can adjust rules or add new steps later without code changes. I’m flexible on the platform: if Zapier, Make (Integromat), Power Automate, or a custom Python script with Jira/Trello/Asana APIs is the best route, I’m open to your recommendation.
