Description: We are an agency looking to build a small Laravel-based bot. Task Requirements: 1. Automatically fetch messages from a private Telegram channel. 2. Rewrite the text using an AI API (OpenAI or equivalent). 3. Post the rewritten content automatically to Twitter (X). Important Notes: Payment, cost, and timeline are clearly defined in advance. We do not negotiate. This is a test project. If completed successfully, we will provide more projects in the future. We are looking for a long-term relationship with a reliable freelancer.
