WhatsApp File Processing Bot -- 2

I'm looking for a Dveloper to create a WhatsApp bot that allows users to upload a file. The file will then hit our API, and the bot will return the result in the same chat. Our existing API provides results in seconds for real-time replies. Requirements: - Collect file with data from customers before sending to our developed python API. - Deploy on a third-party API OR WhatsApp Business API OR Twilio OR any other service developer preferred. Ideal Skills: - Experience with WhatsApp bot development. - Proficiency in Python. - Familiarity with integrating APIs. - Knowledge of third-party API deployment.
