Slack App Developer: Real-Time Facebook/Instagram/TikTok Comment Moderation Project Description We want to develop a Slack App similar to shieldapp.io. The goal is to receive Facebook and Instagram comments directly inside Slack and allow our team to moderate them from there. Key Features Real-Time Integration: Facebook & Instagram comments delivered via webhook into a Slack channel. In-Slack Moderation: One-click actions (Like, Hide, Delete, Reply – public & private), quick reply templates, optional translation function. Automatic Moderation: Keyword blacklist → auto-hide or auto-delete comments. Smart suggestions/ML model that learns from previous moderation actions. Admin Dashboard: Manage accounts (FB/IG, Slack), keyword rules, statistics & audit log. Requirements Proven experience building Slack Apps (OAuth, Interactivity, Block Kit). Experience with the Meta Graph API (Facebook & Instagram & TikTok comments, webhooks). Strong knowledge of webhook handling, API rate limits, and reliability. Understanding of security, role management, and GDPR compliance. Bonus: Experience with machine learning for text classification. IMPORTANT: The freelancer must ensure the app passes the Meta/Facebook App Review process and gets officially approved. Deliverables Fully working MVP (Slack App + Dashboard). Documentation & onboarding guide. Support with Meta/Facebook App Review approval. Handover & training. Optional: further development & maintenance.
