Integrate Telco Recharge APIs

I run a Flutter-based service app that must let users send prepaid credit directly to any Moroccan phone number. To make this happen we need full, production-ready connectivity with Maroc Telecom, Warang and Inwi. What I expect from you • Identify and collect every official document, contract template and technical guide required to access each operator’s recharge gateway. • Handle all administrative steps—from first contact through to signed agreements—so our company is formally authorised to use their APIs. • Deliver the exact API endpoints for the “sending credit / recharge” service, including method, URL pattern, required headers, payload schema and expected responses. • Clarify authentication flow, rate limits and any compliance rules that affect live traffic. • Translate all of this into a concise integration package for my Flutter developer, covering request/response examples and SDK or REST usage notes. • Remain available until we confirm successful end-to-end tests in staging and production. Acceptance will be based on: 1. Operator-stamped contracts or emails proving access has been granted. 2. A technical dossier containing the recharge endpoints for each telco, ready to drop into code. 3. A short hand-off session with our developer where calls return valid success receipts. If you already have experience securing telco partnerships in Morocco, you’ll be up and running quickly; otherwise be prepared to navigate their commercial teams. French or Arabic fluency is a plus, but the ultimate deliverable must be in clear English for our internal documentation.
