ArtworkArchive Migration & Shopify Store

I need to move my entire art business into a more streamlined setup. First, every piece of data from my current website—images and descriptions, sales and inventory records, customer information, plus all galleries, shows, and collections—must be imported cleanly into Artwork Archive. Each record should arrive with the correct metadata, high-resolution imagery, and relational links preserved so I can track provenance and sales history without manual fixes afterward. Once the archive is fully populated and verified, I want a brand-new Shopify storefront that takes its product feed directly from Artwork Archive. The shop should look polished and high end, be optimized for artwork browsing, and include essential pages such as About, Exhibitions, and Contact. Inventory, pricing, and availability need to sync in real time, whether that’s through Artwork Archive’s native integration, custom API work, or a middleware app—use whatever keeps maintenance minimal. Deliverables • Complete import of all specified data into Artwork Archive, error-free and logically organized • New Shopify site live on my custom domain, styled for an art portfolio and ecommerce • Verified, automated sync between Artwork Archive and Shopify for products, stock, and order updates • Basic on-page SEO setup, payment gateways configured, and a walkthrough so I can manage future updates If you’ve handled Artwork Archive migrations before and built Shopify sites for artists, that experience will be invaluable.
