PHP / MYSQL expert needed

We are looking for a PHP and MySql expert to help us in the development of many B2C sites. Must be able to multitask, work independenly and forward thinking. The projects range from maintenance to new development. Must have strong coding and documentation skills. This position will start out with about 20 hours a week and for the right person could expand up to 40 hours a week Please respond with samples of your work, any "pet" projects that you may have wanted to work on but for lack of funding never got around to (just so that we can get an idea of your entreprenueral spirit), and any thing else that you would like us to consider. All information will be held in the STRICTEST Confidence. They salary we are looking at is betwen $20 and $60 per hour. But for the RIGHT person we are very flexible. The Earnings potential includes bonuses which could be much larger than the current current salary. So if your ready to take your earnings into the stratoshpere and work in a fun yet challenging environment, GIVE US A CALL ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
