I have an existing website that has a few problem areas that the tech has not fixed on a timely basis. See the attached for list of 7 priority areas. Also, in time I want a CMS for this site to be able to completely update the header, left, right, center and footer as well as communicate with clients by selecting their email addresses from a DB that currently does not exist nor has it been set up. I also want to use the CMS to segment registered members by names and to be able to sort by first and last names, last and first names, city, state, country, industry, and be notified when each member's registration of the symbol that they paid for is due to expire and can set up auto renewal notices. Feel free to give me a price for that in a message if you are interested. I am completely open to suggestions with this. For now I want the attached done ASAP. I have lost a lot of time waiting for these changes to be done and it is now at a critical point. If you cannot make the changes within 2-4 days, please do not submit a bid. VERY IMPORTANT: I need to see your portfolio for similar work or do not submit a bid. Many thanks.

This is unusual. I don't normally put bids out and then cancel them. In this case I am, however, I am still in need of a coder to work on the CMS for [url removed, login to view] and will review your profiles and send a private bid to a selected few once the specs have been developed and I am ready to move forward. I apologize for this inconvenience.
