Need complete website design for an e-mail registration site with form application hosted by [[url removed, login to view]][1] (data needs to post to [url removed, login to view] server). You can view an example of this process by reviewing some primitive coding I have done myself on the site ([[url removed, login to view]][2]).
Site needs to offer users 3 options of registration:
1. minimum info (email, zipcode, car make)
2. detailed info (info in #1 + name + address + model + year)
3. Refer a friend (info in #2 + email addresses of friends)
Forms will differ based on which option user takes, with drop down menus desired for information on car information.
Want a basic design which is visually pleasing and bandwidth sensitive so site loads fast for end-user. I use frontpage so need site to be viewable in its entirety using this tool. Have purchased a frontpage template which can be used/modified ([[url removed, login to view]][3]) or start from scratch. Nice clean lines - less is more. Logo design will be provided.
Desired architecture of website is in attached file. Also included are details of desired form construct.
Potential for follow-on projects.
