We sell courses in Colombia through WooCommerce, we need to integrate an external payment solution (PayU) through API to Thinkific. Stripe is no supported in Colombia and people are not used to Paypal.

From the video, it seems like using Zapier to automate the enrollment is not an option for you since you are selling courses from other platforms as well. We do have some other options for you in managing the enrollments such as Manually Enroll Students, Bulk Enroll Students, Issue Coupon Codes, Build a Custom Solution Using Our Public API. You can find details here: External Payment Solution: Managing Enrollments. It looks like you are looking for an automated option and Woocommerce has the API as well, so you may want to consider using the API option. With your current Thinkific subscription plan, our Public API is available to you. Please find more information about our API here: Getting Started with the API (Application Programming Interface).
