You will face a lot of rejections and have to push through to achieve the desired outcome for our clients.
Our company is similar to GetHuman but for business owners. Calling and talking to eBay is very time consuming and our clients would rather spend their time trying to improve their business so we handle this aspect for them.
Results depend on when you call, how you word your issue, and who at eBay answers your call so it sometimes just requires a lot of hanging up and trying over and over again with a new agent.
You may have to use some creativity in wording and explaining to the agents why they should give you the desired outcome. You are going to be calling as our client and acting similarly to their lawyer trying to put forward their case in the best light to get the issue resolved.
You will be making outbound calls preferably through your computer with our voip system.
All calls are recorded automatically and you will leave notes about what happened on the call once it is completed.
You will be paid hourly based on the cumulative recorded call times (we will add up all of your calls to determine how many hours you spent working).
