I would like to hire an Animator

This is a 4 and a half minute (roughly) 2D animation involving 3 main characters and several none speaking characters in the background. The setting is in a restaurant and there will only be 4-5 different shots. The voiceovers are recorded, and we need animation. I will handle all the other foley/background audio myself.
