Olá, consigo fazer exatamente o que necessita, edito vídeos assim a muito tempo, alterações simples, só precisaria do material bruto e adicionar as coisas aos poucos, é fácil retirar coisas de uma foto. Já que é estática mas um vídeo, pelo o que entendi mandaria como ele já foi mandado, então precisaria retirar as coisas, se não tiver um super editor, quase impossível. Mas com material 100% bruto. Posso fazer exatamente como quer e ate melhor do que imagina.
