Brief: Video Animasi 3D — Simulasi Kapal Rescue Banjir Taman Sri Muda Saya membutuhkan video animasi 3D yang menggambarkan simulasi operasi penyelamatan korban banjir menggunakan kapal rescue di kawasan perumahan Taman Sri Muda (TSM), Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia — kawasan yang mengalami banjir parah pada Desember 2021. Data yang Akan Saya Sediakan: Imagery — foto udara/satelit resolusi tinggi kawasan Taman Sri Muda sebagai tekstur permukaan yang realistis DTM (Digital Terrain Model) — data ketinggian permukaan tanah asli kawasan untuk merekonstruksi kontur dan topografi secara akurat DSM (Digital Surface Model) — data ketinggian permukaan termasuk bangunan, pohon, dan infrastruktur untuk merekonstruksi model 3D seluruh objek di kawasan secara akurat Shapefile — batas kawasan, jaringan jalan, dan peta area banjir dari ArcGIS Pro sebagai blueprint jalur pergerakan kapal Data rute kapal — hasil simulasi VRP dari ArcGIS Network Analyst mencakup posisi depot dan jalur rute tiap kapal Dengan data di atas, model 3D kawasan Taman Sri Muda dapat direkonstruksi secara akurat sesuai kondisi nyata di lapangan. Konsep Visual: Kawasan perumahan Taman Sri Muda yang tergenang banjir dilihat dari sudut pandang 3D yang dinamis. Kapal-kapal rescue bergerak secara bersamaan dari 3 titik pangkalan (depot) menuju rumah-rumah warga yang membutuhkan pertolongan, mengangkut korban, lalu kembali ke depot. Pergerakan kapal mengikuti jalur jalan yang terendam banjir sesuai data rute yang disediakan. Detail Operasional: 3 depot berlokasi di bagian Utara, Timur, dan Barat kawasan Masing-masing depot menggunakan warna rute berbeda agar mudah dibedakan Sekitar 20–44 kapal beroperasi secara bersamaan Kapal bergerak mengikuti jalur jalan yang terendam (tidak melintasi bangunan) Ketinggian air banjir menyesuaikan data DTM/DSM (bangunan tampak setengah terendam) Suasana visual mencerminkan kondisi banjir nyata TSM Desember 2021 Voice Over: Bahasa Inggris (English) Menjelaskan proses simulasi evakuasi secara naratif — mulai dari pengenalan lokasi, aktivasi depot, pergerakan kapal menuju titik korban, hingga proses evakuasi selesai Nada profesional dan akademis (sesuai untuk presentasi penelitian dan jurnal ilmiah internasional) Disertai subtitle/teks di layar Naskah voice over akan disediakan oleh klien Informasi di Layar (jika memungkinkan): Jumlah kapal yang beroperasi Jumlah korban yang terevakuasi Label depot (Utara/Timur/Barat) Legenda warna rute Output yang Diharapkan: Format: MP4 Durasi: 1–2 menit Kualitas: Minimal Full HD (1920x1080) Suasana: Siang hari, air banjir berwarna coklat kekuningan, bangunan tampak setengah terendam Efek suara: suara air dan mesin kapal jika memungkinkan
