Anime Studio Character Design

Budget £20-250 GBP

I need someone, who works with Anime Studio Pro 10. I've got some plans on making a youtube channel about music and techs but I don't want to make videos of myself. I'm not ugly I just don't want people to recognize me. So I need a fully working character that looks like me (not exactly of course) with bone rigging, switch layers, smart bones and things like that. Then later all I will have to do is make the animation and record my script. Hope I can find someone here who is able to do it. Just let me know your price if you would do it for about £100.
