2d Animatior and video editor needed

In need of a video editor and animator to edit and create 2d animations and motion graphics for a training/explainer video. The video includes a real life, 20 minute clip of a presenter talking (that has already been done) and I am after 2d animations that 'pop up' within the video. Overall around 7- 9 minutes of animation, however they will be seperate and consist of around 30 individual animations. I am after approximately: 13 motion graphics, 5 still animations, 9 full scene animations that last from 10-40 seconds seconds) and 4 statistical animations. I want these animations to be simple (style wise) and they offer assistance within the video in order to visually explain/act a sentence. I will give you the video and the transcript that is annotated which outlines which parts will have animation, what the animation will be and how long it will last.
