In any public vehicle accident, murder or security violations the human will dial emergency call services, The call will be connected to the emergency call manager system the caller will connect to IVR and allow to select primary data,
For example, call priority, number 1 for a high emergency, 2 for an emergency, 3 for normal
The call will be on prioritizing on the call manager system depend on the case priority service call operator will receive the case through the IP phone, he will get the case information and enter to the system and allocate the case to the appropriate apollo unit.
Then the system will automatically trigger this case and send(system notification and SMS) case details to the allocated police division's
VPN duty officer, through an emergency system and also send the same notifications to OIC.
All these officers who are using the system can work from home in an emergency situation.
Then VPN duty officer can select and assign a mobile officer for this case.
After selection, the mobile operator VPN duty officer can view the below details 1) mobile operator status(busy, available) 2)
How long(distance and time) will take to arrive emergency spot for the mobile officer
Once allocated to the mobile officer, he will notify the case details through the mobile app.
And he can pick up the case and attend. Finally, he can submit the case status through a mobile app.
Then supervisors, VPN duty officers(system operator), and OICs(Officer Incharage) can view case status through the system dashboard.
