I'm looking to hire someone to create an animated video to serve as a surprise for a special birthday! This video will be in 2D animation and I'm looking to have it be less than one minute in length. I already have some general ideas for the storyline, but I'm open to suggestions so that it's perfectly tailored to the occasion.
