We have web app written in laravel and we need a front end for it in Angular 6. We need someone who is well versed in both Angular and Laravel. Some Modifications and additions have to be done in the Laravel app too which are mentioned in the attached doc file. The UI needs to be built after the changes have been made in the Laravel application.
The front end template can be built from scratch or we can also use a readymade admin template for Angular 6 if that will ease and speed up things.
We also need the entire project converted into a SAAS model with multi tenancy witha super admin panel to manage instances.

Payment will be through milestones only. Absolutely no payment will be released in advance. Milestones will be created and payment will be released only when 100% of the project is completed and and setup on our server and we've thoroughly tested it.
