Looking for a UI Dev for quick enhancement effort

I need to enhance the UI for a web based application.
The web based application provides access to several data sources in a common operational picture to support Wildfire Agencies. These data sources are all displayed on maps using various layers such as predictive modelling, weather api's, live camera streams and asset tracking.
The basic app is working but we want to give it a "facelift" before live demos.

Firemark-front-end: which is implemented using Angular providing the user interface to maps. It connects to 3 main APIs:
Firemark-backend: to get Marker details and fire markers locations
Weather APIs: [login to view URL] APIs
Firemark-video-feed: this when it plays the video feed generated from the camera RTSP
It also has a form to allow assets (such as cameras) to be added to the backend.
