Integration of PayPal tutor payments into Angular Online Marketplace

Job Description:
This project will require very good skills in Agular, Stripe, PayPal Marketplace API, MEAN Stack etc.
Please do not apply if you are not skilled in all of these.
We have an online tutoring marketplace.
We want you to finish the PayPal integration for payments from Student and to the Tutors.
This project has two parts:
1. You need to write the new code so that tutors can choose between PayPal and Stripe. After the tutors earns some money, the tutor will request for a payment, then we approve that payment and it is automatically transferred.
2. This then needs to be integrated into the existing the source code.
Our website uses JavaScript. MEAN stack & Angular version 10.0.11 (We are not going to upgrade that version).
We currently also have Stripe (for both students payments in and tutor payments out). We want our tutors to also be able to CHOOSE to be paid with either PayPal or Stripe.
At the moment, only Stripe has payout functionality on our site. So, you need to implement PayPal pay out functionality.
IMPORTANTLY, tutors pay our website a commission. As part of the project, we want this commission to be removed before the tutor is paid their earnings into their individual PayPal account.
This project will require you to study and understand the existing source code.
