Build me an angular website

The platform is broken down into three parts.a The developer is needed for a small but technical module , if developer prove itself long term job will be given. A middleware which provides an OpenAPI standard API using [login to view URL], a Redis cache layer which provides as performant method of retrieving user data and lastly (the section where we need assistance) an Angular frontend that has already been built on another project but requires CSS, HTML and Angular functionality work to ensure it works for our other client. The frontend of the project is built using Angular 7 with server side rendering enabled, it makes use of ng-bootstrap and some materialize components, as well as ng-swiper. The UI Kit has already been expanded on and components need to be made in a very modular and reusable fashion.
