Hello. *I AM LOOKING FOR A FULL STACK DEVELOPER** We are a NEWS ALERTING SERVICE. We send out news of Police and Fire incidents to our subscriber's via a website we call a CAD (Computer Aided Dispatch). The news information is typed into a form filler type page on a website and is then sent out over the internet to our subscriber's text messaging and email accounts on their mobile devices. I am looking for a NEW WEBSITE (CAD) to be created and for both an ANDROID AND iOS MOBILE APPLICATION to be developed to control and communicate with the new CAD website. I DO NOT have the UI, Frontend or Backend. This will be a "from scratch" project.
