We would like to develop a custom employee shift scheduling software for a delivery company. It must be cloud based and able to have Android and iOS app extensions.
What we are hoping from this software is: Help our shift managers achieve the following:
- create shifts for drivers
- bulk assign drivers to the shift
- clock in drivers start of their shift with their vehicle info
- clock out drivers end of shift
- calculate total hours worked
- alerts for over time
- different level of access control between managers and dispatchers
- be able to access this software from any computer and mobile
- few more smaller options

Above mentioned Homebase app is good but is not specifically designed for our needs. We basically need something like the Homebase app but tweaked to meet all our requirements. We can discuss the limitations of Homebase to further understand our scheduling barriers.
