Development of an app for the game of bingo.
The app is already developed in C#, fully functional on Windows desktops/tablets, and you have to create a similar application (very small and light) for mobile devices. The app will work only on WiFi networks.
The app receives through WiFi in UDP broadcast messages with different game statuses (f.e. winning prices, extracted ball number around every second...) according a protocol scheme which will be released to the project worker. When a bingo card, before than others, fills in all 5 numbers in a row or all it's 15 numbers, the app must show a winning popup. After the game closing a new game starts again, in a kind of loop.
Bingo scorecard numbers are saved in a static bin file.
Here you find attached the SRS document and a sample, adapted by an existing app, of the possible UI.
The assigned budget is indicative.
We'd prefer to collaborate with freelancer companies and not with single freelancer because we trust in team force.
The assigned freelancer will receive code snippets and all the proper information we can give him/them, but please read carefully the SRS before placing a bid and after bidding, make all the questions you want on chat.
EXTREMELY IMPORTANT NOTE
We don't need a proof-of-work app, but an app working in a real scenario, on the field.
The app must be fast, and capable to mark extracted numbers in an amount of scorecards which should be minimum 100.
Take this important aspect into account before bidding for this project, because the chosen framework should be extremely light to handle this real time mechanism.
There are some Android apps yet existing and working fine in this scenario, but they are licensed products, not owned by us. We mentioned them just to let you understand that the task is reachable.
The bid should include iOS and Android development. It is not necessary to publish the app on the Stores, because it'll be used in our halls.
