Our company is seeking to develop an online training platform that provides both one-to-one and group training sessions to clients in various industries and countries. The platform will consist of a website and a mobile app for both Android and iOS devices. The purpose of the platform is to provide an accessible and flexible means of training for professionals and individuals who require specific skills or knowledge to achieve their health and personal goals.
Key Features:
Online scheduling system for clients to book sessions with trainers
Video conferencing capabilities for one-to-one and group sessions
Screen sharing functionality for trainers to provide interactive training sessions
Payment processing and tracking system for clients to purchase training packages
Dashboard for trainers to manage their schedules, client information, and payments (include information for owner of the apps for business decision purpose)
Progress tracking and reporting for clients and trainers
Requirements:
Ability for clients to register and create a profile on the platform
Potential client to answer a few basic questions like his/ her level, goals and active lifestyle while he creates his/het profile.
Ability for clients to browse and select trainers based on specific skill sets
Ability to send a reminder to both clients and trainers - push notification before class.
Ability for trainers to create and customize their profiles, including skills, qualifications, and pricing ( pricing part will be used in the future)
Integration with a third-party payment processing system ( including the Tel Birr system)
Multi-language support for global clients.
Responsive design for optimal viewing on various devices
Timeline:
The project is expected to be completed within 4-6 months, with progress updates and milestones agreed upon with the developer.
Deliverables:
Fully functional website and mobile app with all key features and requirements met
Clean and well-documented code
User manuals for both clients and trainers
Ongoing support and maintenance agreement for a specified period after launch
