Sygnal / Matrix chat expert need

Hello, I am looking for a expert who can work with matrix server and sygnal. I only accept bites who have projects from matrix and sygnal. Detail task: develop a Flutter app that connects with our existing Matrix/Synapse and Sygnal setup. The app will allow login with a Matrix account and will receive push notifications for both messages and calls. Notifications will work in all states (foreground, background, and terminated) on both Android and iOS. Ensure proper handling with CallKit on iOS and native call notifications on Android so it behaves like a real messaging app. It should show on notification headline with name who send and a preview of message.
