Example Scenario:
1. Head office receives a call from a client.
2. Office records details of site and this is stored on a Windows 10 PC
3. The mobile engineer is alerted via push notification email or app
4. The engineer via an app or web login e.g. using DS NASdrive, can access the site visit request to view the details.
5. Engineer visits site, performs maintenance and records details on app or web access.
6. Office is alerted of completed report by email.
7. Site visits are stored against unique client identifier - name, address, etc.
