MANAGEMENT SYSTEM for HOTEL on android or website , whatever u like

i will give an example of what i want in the end but read this data too

after the applictaion is made and paid i will be keeping u in touch and for that i may be paying u monthly fees or etc

i want a system which will be used by 20-25 people with 3 categories

1) Admin

2) managers

3) agents

i want a simple android application or webpage that will keep a record of the number of rooms availabe and let managers and admins accsess them

managers can only read the numbers of rooms and the name of the person that reserves it this data is added by admin

agents can only place a request for reservations which will enter the data base only if avaiability is there

managers can see the booking only of the current day

admins can see and adjust the bookings for any day

agents can only place request for reservation any day

I JUST WANT A SIMPLE APPLICATIONS NOTHING FANCY REQUIRED

U CAN TELL ME WHAT U WILL REQUIRE FOR THIS LIKE A SERVER OR SO BECAUSE I HAVE HEARD ONLINE APPLICATION REQUIRES THEM

EXAMPLE

p1 is an admin

p2 is an manager

p3 is and agent

there are 13 rooms that can be reserved

senario 1

assume today is 28 jan

eg current data base that is edited by admin

31 jan , 3 booked , 10 available , 0 contionued from previous day, 0 rooms leave today , 0 new rooms

1 feb , 6 booked , 7 available , 3 continued from previous day , 3 new rooms , 0 rooms leave today

2 feb , 5 booked , 8 available , 4 continued from previous day , 1 new rooms , 2 rooms leave today

3 feb , 9 booked , 4 available , 3 continued from previous day , 4 new rooms , 2 rooms leave today

extra note :- this data will not be stored like this it will also contain the name and phone number of the people reserving the rooms too, any amount of rooms and be placed under one name and number like

now all these were placed by P1 \

P2 can see all of these and can just read this data in a tablular form like shown here|

now P3 places a booking for rooms on 1,2,3 feb which means 3 days for 3 rooms

admin will now receive booking and review it

if he accepts it it gets registesterd into data and send a notification to P3 that the booking is confirmed

or

if rejected send a notification to P3 that booking has been rejected

nothing more than this

senario 2

if the number of rooms reserved exceeds the limit of eg 13

then the rooms go into an extra category that will be maybe in a different color like grey

the three categories will divided with different kinds of accounts which will be made by a simple account system , by default an account made will be a agent account but i will tell u which account to put under the manager and admin category .
