Jitsi App - Made for Androids

I am looking for a mobile app developer that can create me an app for my users to connect to our self-hosted Jitsi server.
The self-hosted server is already up and running and I need you to have the android app to work with it.
I need this app to:
1. have the ability for users to create user accounts.
2. Once the user has logged in, the user should have the ability to add people as attendants to the Videochat session through email invitation.
3. The user should have the ability to store those attendants in group lists that can be named. For example: Friends list, Employees List, Business Partner lists.
4. Must have all the normal features that Jitsi offers such as picking your camera source, switching the way the cameras are displayed, recording session, etc. if you need the list, you can visit the jitsi website to get familiarized.
A backend should also be created so that we can monitor, control, and regulate illegal activities and be able to block certain users that doesn't comply with the terms of services.
