INTEGRATE COURIER PARCEL DELIVERY MODULE ON READY MADE MARKETPLACE DELIVERY CUSTOMER APP AND ON DRIVER APP

This is the calculation rule and features and functionality for Courier Parcel Delivery Module

Base fix rate + per mile + per pound

For example. All delivery start with base fixed rate

Base fixed rate is the starting (Service Fee)

For example. $10 base fix rate or call it Service Fee

Then add the per pounds lbs

For example. $0.75 per pound. 3 pounds x $0.75 = $2.25

Pounds will be called (Weight Charge)

Then add per mile. Will be called (Distance)

For example 5 miles x $1.25 = $6.25

Then add extra charge at the end before delivery is set to complete. Extra Charge is a add on it is called (special)

For example. Customer want something extra they will select from a menu before delivery start and when delivery is in progress. For example the menu selection for add on are called (Special)

Drop down menu or scroll menu to select a special

Extra man $40

Up stairs. $15

Down Stairs. $15

Help with packing. $5

White glove $5

Remove debris $10

Stacking $10

Pallet. $5

Palletizing. $25

Pallet jack. $30

Construction Site. $30

Curb side delivery $25

Then add time for waiting

For example. $0.25 per minute x 4 minutes = $1.00

when driver turn on timer.

Time is added at the end of delivery before delivery is complete

All these controls will be in admin panel with edit option to change numbers and text

Driver and Admin will both get a percentage of the (Total)

Put the driver percentage fee in the driver wallet in the menu bar customer can not see Driver Delivery Fee

For example. Driver percentage is 40% of the total

Put the Admin Percentage fee in the Admin wallet in Admin profile no other Admin can see other Admin fee for example Admin percentage is 10% of the Total

Everything had to be private

The (Sub Total) price is the price of a purchase of a item

Make the (Sub Total) number a (active button) for the driver to (click sub Total price numbe)r and request payment for to purchase the items. There is a 5 items max customer can request driver to shop and purchase items and deliver for customer

When driver reach the store or shop location the driver will shop fo 5 max 5 items or less on the order then click the (Sub Total) number button and the request for payment release will go to Admin that is in charge of that driver team for approval. first the Admin click a button to transfer Sub Total from Stripe gate way payment method to driver Wallet and then driver purchase items then deliver.

There are 2 types of Admin

Super Admin is company owner

Regular Admin is workers

When regular Admin receive request for Sub Total the Super Admin will receive same request also because Super Admin has the Authority to stop payment transfer or Approve Transfer

We will set the numbers and text and edit in the admin panel control

Then the bill will look like this for example.

Sub Total. $0.00 Sub total price number will be a active button to request payment to purchase items

Base Rate. $10.00 change words to (Service Fee)

Weight. $2.75

Distance. $6.25

Special. $5.00 Special is services customer request on the delivery selected from a menu

Time. $1.00 Time is for waiting for customer. Driver will turn on the timer on app if need be

Fuel $0.00 Fuel is only applied for larger vehicle like Van, Pickup Truck, Boxes Truck

Driver Wii get a percentage of the Total

Admin will get a percentage of the Total

We will set the percentage from the admin panel manually because percentage can change is worker get increase

Driver app need timer to charge for time waiting

And we charge extra fee at the end before delivery is complete if customer have special requests during the delivery. Driver and customer will have a menu to select something extra with the charges.

example. During the delivery customer ask driver help with wrapping package or remove something or come late hour customer need Pallet jack or 2 men delivery
