We're a small, multi-city Australian consulting business looking to replace a bunch of excel files with a smarter, easier to use solution to handle our sales, pricing, resourcing and time-sheet files.
What we are looking for:
* ideally web-based and accessible from multiple devices (laptop/browser, iOS and Android);
* secure system requiring sign-on/authentication;
* series of linked modules to replace individual spreadsheet files:
- Sales tracking and forecasting module - to handle opportunities with clients from identification through to proposal and sale...and sales pipeline reporting by opportunity class;
- Pricing module - to allow for costing of individual jobs for clients based on resource rate cards, effort, and expense estimates...then upload to Sales tracking and forecasting tool;
- Resource tracking and forecasting - tracking of resource (i.e. consultant time and utilisation) demand and supply, based on sales forecast (projected) and actual (timesheets);
- Consultant timesheets - to capture time worked per client engagement and project, updating the Resource tracking and forecasting and the Project WIP Summary;
- Project WIP Summary - by project, summary sheet showing time billed and cumulative total of billable to client against proposed.
* export to common file formats, particularly excel or pdf.
