Credit Debit webpanel with 4 type of andriod app

i want credit debit system with categories 1-admin panel build different type of ladger for each customer % based and non % build customer user where that customer see only his detail (amount/total amount with%/paid/pending) build collection agent user with only debit funtion and assing customer with its ledger also reports of total collection ledger wise and customer wise. Build accountant user where credit and debit both funtion also asingn customer/ledger/collection agent and complete date wise reports of its all assinged user collection/ total credit and debit both also all type of reports requied to that user. Build admin agent user that user work as admin see all types of reports customer wise/agent wise/accountant wise and all other reports Admin panel has it all reports with funtion of export pdf excel like a bank statment for all user customer wise and collection agent wise complete reports with every single data. admi have authority to edit transcation or delete also if admin delete any user or customer or agent the data will save on database only user delete it will not effect on its data. all 4 user are based on 1 single andriod app later we want ios app also most important coding need maximum strong and 1000% accurate calculation also developer team support required all time if any thing happens they responce on time open for discusion.
