Create a simple Android Fake Liedetector App

Hi Freelancers,
I'm a magician from Austria and would love to have a simple app that does the following things.
It should be a fake liedetector.
In normal state it shows a picture like "listening"
when I press the volume down button it changes to a red screen and plays a loud warning sound
When I press the volume up button it changes to a green screen and plays a sound that confirms the truth like a bling sound or something nice.
It would be great if I could also push the buttons via bluetooth ?
Due to the reason I have no expirience in programming an android app I do not have a clue how much this will cost.
Please send me your offers - if I can afford it - I would love to work with you.

For this trick they use props - I would like to use an app on my mobile phone.
All fake liedetectors I found in the appstore do not fit my purpose.
