Want a URL to be converted to an iOS and an Android app with a launch/starter screen with a smart looking page loader animation. An internet connection checker should be added to the app, so that whenever the phone is offline, it shows a professional screen with an appropriate error message and a "Try Again" button. Also need the chosen developer to help us upload on app store and play store. Please note, we are not going to make any advance payment. Payment shall be released when the project is 100% complete. We need this completed in 2 days.
